First, your Swivel Careers coach will ask you to complete a few psychometric assessments. They’ll discuss the results with you and ask questions to build a detailed view of your personality, interests, strengths, passions, values and ambitions.
Next they’ll walk you through which careers could be a match, discuss these with you in detail and shortlist the careers you’re interested in.
Finally they’ll help you design your career path, set goals and map out how to get there.
We also offer group workshops in schools, covering things like writing CVs, preparing for interviews and the skills you’ll need to succeed at work.
